Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7007-0900 by inserting at the end thereof the following:  “…provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for the town of Southampton to establish a veterans museum”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$13,686,415” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,726,415”.
