Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8910-0000 by inserting at the end thereof the following:  “…provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to establish a pilot project in consultation with the Hampshire sheriff and the Northwestern District Attorney to divert women with first time drug and or alcohol offenses from the prison system”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$150,348,130” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$150,548,130”.
