Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox, Mr. Bosley of North Adams and Mr. Speranzo of Pittsfield move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0012 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $80,000 shall be expended to United Veterans of America for the purpose of providing services to homeless veterans in Berkshire County.
