Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 6010-0001 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be granted to the towns of Otis and Becket for phase 2 emergency repairs of the Green Water Pond Dam.
