Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves that the bill be amended in section 2, item 2030-1000 by adding after the word “recreation” the following language:

“Provided further that not less than $170,000 shall be expended for the creation of two additional environmental police officers to be stationed in the M-1 region and by striking out the figure “10,494,119” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$10,664,119”.
