Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 8000-0000 by adding the following language:

“Provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be provided to the Town of Hamilton for a one-time expenditure for security upgrades necessary to public safety” and in said item by striking out the figure “$2,369,090” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$2,519,090.”
