Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves that the bill be amended in item 7100-0200 by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended from this item for the purpose of the operation and the promotion of the Ipswich Shuttle Bus service"; and in said same item by striking out the figures “13,952,852” and inserting in place thereof the figures " $13,992,852".
