Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 7061-0012, in line 5 by inserting after “2007 claims” the following “at a rate of 72 percent over 3.0 times threshold”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$218,650,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$270,829,838”.
