Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 2810-0100 by striking out the figures “$22,070,308” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$24,570,308” and by adding at the end thereof:

      “Provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Bradley Palmer State Park and satellite parks for the restoration and repair of trails.”
