Ms. Khan of Newton and Mr. Petersen of Marblehead move that the bill be amended in section 2 in item 5046-0000, by inserting after the word “research,” the words “ provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services for immigrants at the International Institute of Boston”;
