Mr. Puppolo and Mr. Swan of Springfield and Mr. Welch of West Springfield move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following, “provided further that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the Springfield Business Improvement District (SBID) of Springfield to be used for the installation of a video camera surveillance monitoring system throughout the central business district area of the City of Springfield”.
