Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0600, by adding the following, “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Town of East Longmeadow Senior Center’s Council on Aging for educational, nutritional, and group activities”.
