Mr. Puppolo and Mr. Swan of Springfield move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0803, by adding the following, “provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Career Development Institute in Springfield to provide job training, employability development and career counseling to the unemployed and underemployed”.
