Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 7061-0012, in line 36, by inserting after “transportation networks;” the following:

“provided further, that no less than $87,500 be expended to provide funding for Camp Pohelho in Tewksbury.”
