Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 7061-9200, in line 3, by inserting after “Warehouse and Reporting System (Data Warehouse)” the following:

“;provided further, that no less than $250,080 be expended to establish a computer pilot program in Tewksbury.”
