Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0330-0300 by inserting the following:

“…provided, that $450,000 be expended for architectural and engineering plans and specifications for renovations and improvements to the Hampshire Probate and Family Court, provided further, that the requests for proposals for said plans and specifications shall incorporate a master plan for a regional justice center, relocating all courts statutorily designated to hear cases in the city of Northampton on the date of this act, to said city, provided further, no court statutorily designated to hear cases in the city of Northampton shall be moved to another location without a request for proposals and associated bids from multiple parties with form and responses approved by the inspector general…”
