Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6005-0015 by inserting the following:

“…provided, that $20,000 be expended for the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority to operate a bus route between the Florence Heights public housing facility and the Robert K. Finn Ryan Road School located in the Florence section of the city of Northampton during the school year to allow families to participate in school functions and student activities…”
