Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting in item 4800-0038 the following:

 “…provided, that $75,000 shall be expended for the Hampshire County Fire Defense Association for reimbursement for services provided to the department for the Hampshire Juvenile Firestarter Intervention Program…”.
