Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9005 by inserting the following:

“…provided, that $50,000 be expended for the Northampton Housing Authority for repairs and improvements to a water heating system at the Joan Tobin Manor senior housing facility in the city of Northampton”
