Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0400 by inserting the following:

“…provided, that $100,000 be expended for the city of Northampton to supplement existing funds for veterans services for residents returning from military service in Iraq, Afghanistan and other war zones…”
