Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 6010-0001 by inserting the following:

“…provided, that $50,000 be expended for preliminary plans, noise level studies and engineering specifications for vehicle noise barriers along interstate route 91 in the city of Northampton in the vicinity of Ferry Avenue and Island Road…”
