Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100 by inserting the following:

“…provided, that $550,000 be expended to assist the city of Northampton in monitoring air and water quality in the vicinity of the regional solid waste landfill located in said city…”
