PROVISION OF EMERGENCY SERVICE ON STATE HIGHWAYS

Mr. Timilty, of Milton moves to amend the bill in section 2 in line 8000-0010. Provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended respectively, to the Police and Fire Departments in the Towns of Milton and Randolph, for costs associated with the provision of emergency services by said departments to state highways.  Said funds shall be paid directly to the Milton and Randolph Fire Departments for the specific purpose of reimbursing said departments for their provision of emergency services on state highways, including but not limited to, additional staffing, equipment and vehicles.
