Mr. Robert M. Koczera of New Bedford moves that the bill be amended in section 2, line item 2260-8870 by inserting after the word “programs” the following: “including but not limited to monitoring unlined landfills provided further that the Department of Environmental Protection conduct a demonstration of unlined-landfill monitoring at the former Acushnet landfill.”
