Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox, Mr. Speranzo of Pittsfield and Mr. Guyer of Dalton move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0330-0410 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the Housing Services and Mediation Program operated by the Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority in Pittsfield.
