Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox and Mr. Speranzo of Pittsfield move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7066-0000 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for a Social Worker Loan Forgiveness Program, to increase access to child protective services and social work services in geographic and programmatic areas of high need in the Commonwealth.
