Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0321-1600 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to Western Massachusetts Legal Services for the purpose of providing funds for the Free Legal Clinic of South Berkshire County.
