Representatives Fallon of Malden, Donato of Medford and Smith of Everett move that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 2820-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following:

“Provided further that no less than $75,000 will be expended for the maintenance and improvement of the Fellsmere Pond Reservoir in the City of Malden.”
