Mr. Rice of Gardner moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0112, by adding the following:

“; provided further that not less than $5,000 shall be provided for the Winchendon Community Action Committee Food Bank, and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “2,005,000“.
