Mr. Rice of Gardner moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding the following:

“; provided further that not less than $7,5000 shall be provided for the House of Peace and Education in Gardner for “HOPE for Kids”, and in said item by striking out the figures “$313,558,462” and inserting in place thereof the figures “313,565,962“.
