Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 8000-0110, in line 33, by inserting after “and audit unit” the following:
“; provided further, that no less than $300,500 be expended for the establishment of a statewide central register containing all available identifying data of any missing person, which includes any adult suffering from dementia missing from his normal and ordinary place of residence and whose whereabouts cannot be determined by the person responsible for such person’s care, by the executive director of the criminal history systems board.”
