Ms. Fox of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding the following: “provided further that, no less than $140,000 shall be expended for Comprehensive School-Age Parenting Program, Inc. in the Roxbury section of Boston, for expansion of a year-round school based program in Boston high schools for pregnant teens, young mothers and fathers and for other youth at risk for school drop-out”.
