Representative Welch of West Springfield moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 item 7003-0702 by adding the following “provided further, that not less than $200,000 be expended for the Lower Pioneer Valley Education Collaborative for the purpose of expanding their existing programs and services to better serve students with disabilities.”
