Representatives Golden, Murphy and Nangle of Lowell move that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 7003-0702 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the Jackson-Appleton-Middlesex plan in the City of Lowell.”
