Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0340-0500, in line 3, by inserting after the word “unit” the following:- “provided further that no less than $650,000 shall be expended for the Hampden County Anti-Drug and Gang Task Force,” and, in said item by striking out the figure “8,328,979” and inserting in place thereof the figure “8,984,979”.
