Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7003-0701, in line 4 after the word “provided;” by inserting the following:-  that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for the operation and programs of AWAKE (Alive with Awareness, Knowledge, and Empowerment) in Springfield.
