Representative Coakley-Rivera of Springfield, moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-1000, in line 45, by inserting after the word “Laws”:- “and provided further, that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for Partners for a Healthier Community, Inc. to provide the BEST Oral Health Program in Hampden County”; and, in said item, striking out the figure “$13,867,894” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$14,317,894.”
