Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7007-0900, in line 6, by inserting after the word “funds;” the words:- “provided that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the renovation of the Bing Theatre, and provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended for the installation of street lights in the Forest Park area of Springfield”
