Rep. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 4003-0122, by adding the following :- “provided further that no less than $30,000 shall be expended for the Boat People SOS, Inc. Bilingual Community Liaison Project in Springfield.” And provided further that not less than $200,000 be expended for the New North Business Council of Springfield for Citizenship Services; and in said item by striking out the figures $600,358 and replacing it with the figures $880,358.
