Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7007-0900, in line 6, by inserting after the word “funds;” the following:- “provided further that no less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Italian Cultural Center of Western Massachusetts”.
