Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7007-0334, in its last line, by inserting after the word “fewer;” the following:- “provided further that no less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce in Springfield”.
