Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1410-0012, by inserting after the word “orange,” the following:- “provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Springfield Bilingual Veteran Outreach Center for the operation of a Transitional Housing Unit at the YMCA of Springfield, and, that not less than $185,000 shall be expended for Transition House in Springfield.”
