Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1410-0012, in line 4, by inserting after the word “orange;” the following:- “provided further that no less than $20,000 shall be expended for the Western MA Bilingual Veterans Outreach Center’s Springfield Stand Down”.
