Mr. Brownsberger of Belmont, Mr. Donato of Medford, Mr. Garballey of Arlington, Mr. Sciortino of Medford, Mr. Smith of Everett and Mr. Casey of Winchester move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0700, by adding at the end thereof the following:  and provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for a hydraulic study of increasing the pumping capacity of the Amelia Earhart Dam on the Mystic River.
