Mr. Quinn of Dartmouth, Hynes of Marshfield, Canessa of New Bedford, Haddad of Somerset, Walsh of Boston move that the bill be amended in section 2 by adding in item 2511-0100 the following item:

“provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board for use by local mosquito control districts for preemptive targeted aerial mosquito spraying; provided further that preference shall be given to Bristol and Plymouth Counties; and in said item by striking out the figures $5,187,195 and inserting in place thereof the following $5,687,195.”
