Mr. Speranzo of Pittsfield, Mr. Bosley of North Adams, Mr. Guyer of Dalton, and Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox, move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4530-9000, by inserting the following;-

provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Northern Berkshire Community Coalition in the Berkshire region; provided further, that of said $150,000, not more than 10% can be used for administrative services; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the teen pregnancy prevention programs in the cities of North Adams and Pittsfield; provided further, that of said $250,000, not less than $125,000 shall be expended for said program in the city of Pittsfield;
