Mr. Speranzo of Pittsfield, Mr. Pignatelli of Lenox, and Mr. Guyer of Dalton move to amend the bill in item 7502-0100, by adding the following;-

provided that not less than $200,000 shall be available to Berkshire Community College for costs associated with its lease and   operation of a higher education center at the Berkshire County Regional Transit Authority’s intermodal transit facility; and in said item by striking out the figure “$9,456,459” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$9,656,459”.
