MR. NATALE of WOBURN and MR. CASEY of STONEHAM move that the bill be

amended in Section 2, in line 6010-0001, by adding the following: “;provided

further that an amount not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended to

design and construct sound barriers along Interstate 93 and Route

128 in the City of Woburn and at Marble Street and Constitution Avenue

along Route 93 and Route 128 in the Town of Stoneham.”
