Mr. SPELIOTIS of DANVERS moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be provided to the Workforce Investment Association of MA, Inc. for the purpose of providing technical assistance to career center directors, administrators, and fiscal agents to assist with quality improvements in the delivery of workforce development services to job seekers and employers."
