Mr. Puppolo and Mr. Swan of Springfield move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item, 4406-3000 by adding the following; “provided further, that this line item be increased by

$400,843 and that contract (RPO) SCWELL 4092500010000 with Open Pantry Community Services, Inc., of Springfield, be increased to an amount not less than $545,195;” and in said item by striking out the figures “36,281,684” and inserting in place thereof figures”$36,682,527”.
